How Rediworks works, end to end.

From signup to your first deposit: what happens at each step and what you need to do.

TL;DR
  • Sign up as a clinician and build your credential wallet once.
  • Your licenses and documents are reviewed, and exclusion screening runs automatically. You can see the status in your dashboard.
  • Urgent care shifts show the rate, location, shift length, and facility profile before you apply.
  • After the shift, pay is deposited to the bank account on file once your hours are approved.
  • The wallet carries over: the documents you upload once are reused at every Rediworks facility.

Step 1: Create your account

You pick your clinician type (Physician, NP, PA, CRNA, RN, or MA) and confirm your contact details. There's no recruiter call.

Once your account exists you land in the dashboard, which walks you through wallet setup. You can stop and resume at any point.

Step 2: Build your credential wallet

The wallet is a record of the credentials a facility needs to review before you work a shift. You build it once and reuse it at every Rediworks facility.

  • Identity and licensesGovernment ID, your state licenses or, for medical assistants, your certification, DEA registration if you prescribe, and board or national certification where your role has one.
  • Education and trainingYour degree or training program, plus any certifications that apply to your role. Physicians add residency and fellowship.
  • Work history and referencesPast positions, current roles, and professional references.
  • Claims historyAny past malpractice claims, settlements, or judgments, or a statement that there are none.

Step 3: Verification

Once your wallet is complete, review starts. Your licenses and documents are reviewed, and exclusion screening against federal lists runs automatically. Each item's status shows in your dashboard.

If something needs your attention, such as an expired license scan or a missing reference contact, it shows in the dashboard with the action to take.

Step 4: Find a shift and apply

Urgent care shifts are listed with the rate, location, shift length, and facility profile shown before you apply. You can filter by date, location, or hourly rate.

There's no recruiter in the middle and no rate negotiation. You apply in the platform and see the status of your application there.

Step 5: Facility review

Each facility reviews your wallet against its own checklist. A site may also have items of its own for you to complete, such as attestations or EHR access.

You're booked once the shift shows as confirmed in the platform.

Step 6: Work the shift

You work the shift and document in the facility's EHR. Afterward you submit your hours in Rediworks and the facility approves them.

Step 7: Get paid

Once your hours for the shift are approved, pay is deposited to the bank account on file.

Walk through it yourself.

Create your clinician account and start your wallet. You'll see the shifts and the rate on each one before you apply to anything.
