Getting started, step by step.
What to do, in order, to get from a new account to your first urgent care shift without backtracking.
- Step 1: create your account and pick your clinician type.
- Step 2: build your credential wallet: licenses or certification, references, work history, and the items specific to your role.
- Step 3: your documents are reviewed and exclusion screening runs. Watch the dashboard for flagged items.
- Step 4: apply to a shift and complete anything the site asks for.
- If anything stalls, the dashboard shows which item is holding the file.
Before you start, gather these
You can finish signup without all of this in hand, but the wallet goes faster with it ready. Not every item applies to every role.
- Government IDDriver's license or passport, used to confirm your identity.
- License or certificationA PDF or photo of every active physician, NP, PA, CRNA, or RN license you hold. Medical assistants upload their certification instead.
- DEA registration (prescribers only)Your current DEA certificate, plus any state controlled-substance registration.
- CertificationBoard certification for physicians, national certification for NPs, PAs, CRNAs, and medical assistants.
- Malpractice claims historyDetails of any past claims, settlements, or judgments, or a statement that you have none.
- Professional referencesNames and current contact details for people who've worked with you recently.
- Bank accountThe account where you want pay deposited.
Step 1: account and identity
Create your account, choose your clinician type, and confirm your email.
If you have a CAQH profile, you can add your CAQH ID so it's on file with your wallet.
Step 2: build the wallet
Work through the wallet sections in order and upload documents as you go. DEA registration applies only to prescribers, so RNs and medical assistants don't need one.
You don't have to finish in one sitting. The dashboard shows which sections are done and which are still open.
Step 3: verification
Once the wallet is complete, review starts. Your licenses and documents are reviewed, and exclusion screening runs automatically.
Each item reports back on its own schedule. If an item needs something from you, the dashboard flags it so you can follow up.
Step 4: your first shift
Once your wallet is verified, look through open urgent care shifts. Filter by date, location, and rate, and read the facility profile before you apply.
When you apply, the facility reviews your wallet. Complete any items specific to the site, and you're booked once the shift shows as confirmed in the platform.
If something stalls
The dashboard lists each open item and its status, so you can see which one is holding the file.
An item that depends on someone else, such as a reference, stays open until that person responds. A reference who knows the request is coming is less likely to miss it.
Start your wallet.
Create your account and add your first documents. You can stop and pick it back up whenever you want.
