Where we stand on accessibility.
We want the Rediworks website and platform to be usable by everyone. They have not yet been independently audited. This page says what we know and how to tell us about a problem.

Rediworks is committed to making its website and platform usable for clinicians and urgent care operators with disabilities.
We have not had an independent accessibility audit. We do not claim that the website or the platform conforms to any accessibility standard. When an audit is done, we will update this page with what it found.
What is in place today.
These are things we can confirm in our own code. They are a starting point, not a claim that the site is fully accessible.
Page language
Pages on the website and the platform declare English as their language, so screen readers can choose the right voice.
Page regions
The website marks up its navigation, main content, and footer as separate regions that assistive technology can move between.
Reduced motion
If your device is set to reduce motion, the website turns off its entrance animations.
Known limitations.
These are gaps we know about today. There are likely others we have not found yet.
No independent audit
Neither the website nor the platform has been tested by an outside accessibility reviewer.
No automated accessibility checks
We do not yet run automated accessibility tests as part of how we build and release.
No skip link on the website
The website does not yet have a link that lets keyboard users skip past the navigation to the main content.
How to report a barrier.
If something on the website or the platform does not work for you, email [email protected].
It helps if you tell us the page or screen, what you were trying to do, and the browser and any assistive technology you were using.
If you need another way to do something.
If a barrier is stopping you from signing up, building your wallet, or picking up or posting a shift, email [email protected] and tell us what you are trying to do. We will look for another way to get it done with you.

This statement covers the Rediworks marketing website and the Rediworks platform. It does not cover other websites or services we link to.
