What we store in your browser, and why.

This page is a plain-language summary of the cookies and browser storage used by the Rediworks website and platform. The Privacy Policy is the binding document.

What cookies are.

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. They let a site remember things between page loads and between visits.

Browsers also offer local storage and session storage, which work in a similar way. When this page says cookies, it includes those.

What we use today.

This is what our own code does. It is a short list on purpose. We only describe what we can confirm.

Sign-in storage on the platform

When you sign in to the platform, it stores a sign-in token and basic account details in your browser's local storage or session storage. This keeps you signed in as you move between pages. It is removed when you sign out. The platform cannot keep you signed in without it.

Small preferences on the platform

The platform may also use local storage to remember small choices, such as a checklist you dismissed.

Google Tag Manager on the website

Our marketing website loads Google Tag Manager. Tag Manager can load Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure how the site is used. Those cookies come from Google, and Google receives the data they collect.

Google Fonts on the website

The marketing website loads its fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google's servers to download them.

What we cannot list yet.

We have not published a cookie-by-cookie list with names and lifetimes. The tags that run through Google Tag Manager are set up outside our code, so this page does not list them or promise which ones are in use.

You can see the cookies set on your own device at any time in your browser's privacy or developer settings.

How to control cookies.

The website does not currently have a cookie banner or a cookie preferences tool. Your browser is the place to control cookies.

Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies and clear site storage in its privacy settings. Those settings apply to every site you visit, not only ours. Your browser's help pages explain how.

If you block or clear storage for the platform, you will be signed out and will need to sign in again. Blocking Google's cookies does not stop the website from working.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control.

Some browsers can send a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. Our website and platform do not currently respond to those signals. To make a privacy request, email [email protected].
