You're a fit if…
- You hold an active assistant physician license — or your state's version of it: Associate Physician in Utah, Graduate Registered Physician in Arkansas, Bridge Year Physician in Idaho, Graduate Assistant Physician in Florida, and so on.
- You graduated from medical school, passed USMLE Step 1 and Step 2, and did not match into residency.
- You trained internationally and hold ECFMG certification. Six of the eleven AP states accept international graduates; Missouri and Utah require ECFMG.
- You're open to being on a waitlist while Rediworks confirms shift volume in your state.
Look elsewhere if…
- You need a confirmed AP shift right away. There are roughly 1,220 AP licences in the country, Missouri and Arizona hold about 97% of them, and both Missouri and Kansas restrict practice to medically underserved areas. We staff urgent care, so honestly: we may not have work for you yet.
- You're a physician assistant (PA-C). Different credential entirely — the PA page is the one you want.
- You're looking for residency placement or training pipelines. Rediworks staffs locum shifts, not GME.
- You want a W-2 employed role. Rediworks places 1099 locum work only.

Rediworks won't post an AP rate range until we have contracted AP shifts in your state. The transparency rule cuts both ways — we'd rather say 'we don't know yet' than guess.
